MNS president Raj Thackeray on Saturday urged the state government to remove loudspeakers from mosques,
Raj Thackeray said, "For what reason are loudspeakers in mosques played at such high volume?
If this is not stopped, there will be speakers outside mosques playing Hanuman Chalisa at higher volume.”
Mr Thackeray said, "I am not against prayers, you can pray at your home,
be that as it may, the public authority ought to make a choice on eliminating mosque loudspeakers.
